Effective Discovery Practices in Civil Litigation

Delaware Technical Community College is pleased to host a continuing legal education course titled "Effective Discovery Practices in Civil Litigation."  In this session, attendees will learn about the implementation of Rule 16.1 which requires mandatory arbitration in civil cases valued under $50,000.  Upon completion of this course, Delaware Tech will submit names and cover expenses associated with earning 3.0 CLE credits to include 1 credit of Enhanced Ethics.
