Delaware Division of Family Services; What it is, how it works, and how you can help

Judge Arlene Minus Coppadge is a Judge in the New Castle County Family Court of the State of Delaware. Judge Coppadge will be speaking about Delaware’s most vulnerable citizens, its children. She will discuss the processes and procedures for ensuring protection for children from dependency, neglect, and/or abuse. In addition, Judge Coppadge will guide attendees through the complexities of the system that affords due process for the parents, as well as ensuring children have an opportunity for permanency.
