Please join the Delaware Paralegal Association on

Wednesday, April 14, 2021,

when we are honored to welcome our 2021 National Affairs speaker, Dr. Devona E.G. Williams, as she discusses the cultural evolution of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Are we undergoing a cultural evolution or revolution?  When it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion where are we as a society?  During the past year of living through a global pandemic, with America on lockdown, we underwent a shared cultural experience and witnessed health and economic disparities that were highlighted by the systemic racism, and ethnic and racial inequalities in all sectors of our society.  Join Dr. Williams as she explores this topic and shares insights on issues of race and the implications for how we work, live and play.

Aside from celebrating thirty-one years of consulting excellence, Dr. Williams is a successful author and professional key note speaker on the topics of business, diversity, leadership, motivation and success.  Prior to her entrepreneurial accomplishments, Dr. Williams was an executive with the DuPont corporation and held appointments in public policy administration with the Federal government and Delaware legislature.

The CLE will be held via Zoom so all counties can participate and a registration link will be emailed the day prior to the event.

Please register no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 12, 2021.  We hope to "see" you all there!

This qualifies for 1.0 hour of CLE credit for members of the Delaware Certified Paralegal Program.
