Nuts & Bolts of Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, the Trustee's Role

Please join us on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 as we welcome Michael B. Joseph, Esquire, the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for the State of Delaware, who will provide a general discussion of the "Nuts & Bolts" of the Chapter 13 Trustee's role and how the "Cares Act" has impacted debtors rights due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The CLE will be held via Zoom, so all counties can participate, and a registration link will be emailed the day prior to the event.  We hope to "see" you all there!
