DPA Special Meeting - Revision to Bylaws

On December 1, 2021 the DPA will hold a Special Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to vote on proposed revisions to the current Bylaws to:  (i) allow for Student level members who have attended non-ABA approved paralegal programs to qualify for Associate level membership upon graduation; (ii) allow for Associate level members who attended non-ABA approved paralegal programs to achieve Full level membership faster than three years; and (iii) corrects a small amount of formatting and grammatical errors.
