Helena Ledic is Associate General Counsel at CSC, located in Chicago. She currently serves as chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) Corporate and Securities Network and is a frequent ACC speaker nationwide on topics such as legal ethics, SaaS, and security and non-disclosure agreements, including at the ACC Annual Meeting. Helena also serves as treasurer of ACC Chicago and website officer of the International Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Forum. In addition, she is a regular guest speaker at law firms and paralegal organizations, sharing best practices for corporate and financial filings. Helena is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law and is licensed to practice in Illinois.

Kelly Courtney is a Senior Client Service Representative at CSC with nearly 40 years of experience at the company. For the past six years, he has been a key member of the Legalization team, supporting law firm and corporate clients with Apostille and Legalization services. Kelly is based in CSC’s Austin, Texas office.
