The State has advised that on Friday, March 17, 2023, an Employee Recognition event is planned for all the employees of the Division of Corporations.
The State will not process filings between 1:00p.m. -1:30p.m. and will close at 8:00pm. Please see the below changes:
- All 30 Minute and Priority 1 (one-hour service) must be received by 6 P.M.; Priority 2 (two-hour service) must be received by 5 P.M.
