As a follow-up to the Courts December 6th Announcement, Effective January 1, 2024, the pro hac vice admission fee is increasing to $50.00 per case and is payable by credit card when using CM/ECF to file the application. The Application for Pro Hac Vice Admission will be updated and available under the Forms Tab on the Courts website at www.ded.uscourts.gov.
