About the Speaker: Rena Scott
Rena Scott is a Qualified Tenant Advocate (QTA) in the Housing Unit at Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. (CLASI). Certified by the Supreme Court of Delaware, Rena represents residential tenants in landlord-tenant disputes before the Justice of the Peace Court.
Before joining CLASI, Rena was the primary paralegal for the litigation team at the New Castle County Office of Law’s Litigation Team. She also served as the Continuing Education Director for the Delaware Paralegal Association.
Rena holds a B.S. in Law, Policy, and Political Science and an M.S. in Administration of Justice from Wilmington University.
Her extensive experience and passion for housing justice make her an invaluable advocate for tenants and a knowledgeable resource for paralegals in the field.
